I went back to Poft. The place is truly delightful. The meat is still divine. It's best to arrive early, as many have already discovered this oasis in the city center for lunchtime.

I've been a regular at Poft for several years, and they recently moved to a new location in Buenos Aires. They were extremely entrepreneurial during the pandemic and created a space that is now larger and more beautiful. It remains pleasant and clean, with a friendly staff and well-prepared food. I greatly admire the owners, who are always reinventing themselves, and I wish them continued success, as they deserve it. The partners are usually present, which ensures good service and a friendly atmosphere. I especially recommend the shrimp crepe, which you can order any day. The crispy chicken is undoubtedly the best I've ever had, and it pairs perfectly with the rustic potatoes and Caesar salad. Order a coffee and cookie combo for after your meal or as a snack; both are delicious, and a mini cake comes with your cup. The price is fair for the quality. It guarantees a great lunch and, as a bonus, a feeling of warmth and well-being that will take you away from your work routine.

While visiting Rio I always visit Poft Bistrô. The food is delicious and varied. Desert is mouth watering and irresistible. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing.
